Embeddings Backfill
If chat can't find your stored context, some messages may be missing their vector embeddings. Check the status and backfill any gaps.
Metadata Extraction
If messages are missing keywords, categories, entities, or other metadata fields, re-run the AI extraction on affected messages. This uses your configured ingestion model.
Re-clean Message Bodies
If emails show HTML artifacts or have empty bodies despite containing HTML content, this recovers text from the original email and re-applies the improved cleaning logic.
